Why was my account locked?
Your account may be locked for one of the following behaviors:
- Use of credit credits that our payment provider has detected as high risk of fraud
- Complaints from carriers about traffic and content
- Phishing, spamming, and content that violates our terms of service and acceptable use policy
- Using sender IDs of brand names of othercompanies (eg. Apple, Governments, Banks etc.)
Once we notice that the messages that you've send are SPAM, temporarily lock your account and we will notify you, asking for clarification.
Why are you communicating in that manner?
Could you alter those messages?
Your account will be locked permanently if we do not hear from you within 48 hours.
